We do accept returns and exchanges with in 7 days only if the product is unused and unopened.
The condition of the item should be intact so that it can be sold again. The seals of the product should be intact and it should pass our QC to be eligible for a return/exchange/refund. All our items are serial numbered, so same should match with our records and the invoice issued by our system only after which a return may be accepted.
If an item has been opened, unfortunately we will not take it back because once its seals have been broken, it is considered to be used and it cannot be sold again to any new customer in that condition.
All products are delivered seal packed and pass through stringent quality tests by respective brands. So there is a negligible chance that you can receive a defective item in first instance. Still there are times when uncertainties may happen and for that brand warranty is there in place to help you. All products sold by us have manufacturer warranty support which can be directly availed from brand authorized service centers located anywhere in India.
In case the product is delivered defective out of the box and it is with in the 7 days window, we will assist you to provide an exchange/replacement/repair as per the manufacturer service norms. In such a case, we will facilitate the warranty from brand service center for you. But if the 7 days period has crossed, then you will have to visit an authorized brand service center yourself for getting assistance under warranty services.
Please note that all products have to pass the authorized brand's service engineer quality checks and issues have to be validated by them before we provide any decision on it. Kindly note that if it is established by the brand that the reported defect was due to a buyer's misuse or electrical failures/surge or any uncontrolled factors then neither of us will be able to help in such cases.
